Catalog Horses -Entry Fee:$50.00,7% commission to sell
No Sale Fee - $25.00
Replacement horses will be accepted for a $50.00 fee.
The Department of Agriculture $2.50/vet.
The consignor agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Guarantees all information furnished on horse to this sale to be true and correct and holds Eugene
Livestock Auction, INC harmless from any lawsuits or legal action resulting from sale of this horse.
2. Warrants and represents to any subsequent purchaser that the seller has absolute, unencumbered and
complete title to the entry horse described on this point.
3. Horses which are unsound in eyes, wind, are cribbers, nerved, or cryptorchids must be so announced
before or at sale time.
4. No Shows pay a $50 penalty. (sick or injured horses can be withdrawn and consigned to next sale without
penalty - vet slip or pictures or video as proof)
Please enclose the following with this form.
___ 1. The original registration papers and signed transfers,breeding certificate for mares in foal,
or if not yet registered, breeding certificate application and or signed transfer with evidence of DNA work
done as required.
___ 2. Entry/Catalog fee of $50 (or $75 after deadline)- check or money order
___ 3. Back page of this entry form signed.
___ 4. Good picture of your horse if available (or email me one at eugeneliv@aol.com)
All applications received before the deadline will be listed on the Internet at www.eugenelivestock.com.
Applications received after the deadline will not be guaranteed internet exposure. The sooner your
application is received the earlier it will be listed on the internet for maximum exposure. This also affects where
you are in the sale.

Reminders:
Out of state horse must have a brand inspection from their state. In addition, most out of state horses are
required to have a current coggins test.Current Coggins test is not required but recommended for in state horses.
Mares in foal or listed as bred must have a breeding certificate with papers.
A certificate in foal by a veterinarian is recommended.
When registration papers are in transit or not in order , money will be held until such papers are in our office.
Buyers come from a long way - (sometimes for your horse), no shows will be charged a $50 fee.
